L’Appli Tao permet d’accéder à l’ensemble des informations sur les services de mobilité de la Métropole d’Orléans : Bus, Tram, services vélos, Abris vélos, Parcs Relais. Les principales fonctionnalités de l’appli Tao : Organiser vos déplacements : trouver le meilleur horaire et itinéraire selon votre besoin ! Accéder à toutes les informations sur les lignes (itinéraires, correspondances, lieux principaux, plan) Consulter les horaires de l’ensemble des lignes en passage à un arrêt (y compris en temps réel) Enregistrer vos arrêts favoris. Visualiser tous les arrêts du réseau sur une carte ainsi que les plans des lignes Retrouver les informations complémentaires (arrêts accessibles aux PMR, Parcs-Relais,…) Localiser l’ensemble des abris vélos si vous vous déplacez avec votre vélo personnel. Service vélo’+ : une carte des Stations vélo’+ indique le nombre de places disponibles Rester informé : Actus ou les alertes trafic des perturbations Tao. Acheter des tickets ou abonnements et gérer votre tribu avec un seul compte! L’application mobile TAO, validée par l’Association Valentin Haüy, est adaptée aux besoins des personnes déficientes visuelles. Elle a été réalisée en collaboration avec les Code-Troopers.

Practical, clear and free, the official Fil Bleu application accompanies me throughout my travels on the public transport network of the Tourangelle metropolis. My journeys simplified thanks to many features: - I organize my journey: I am looking for the best route according to my needs! I can receive an alert before departure. The research is accessible for people with reduced mobility I buy occasional titles from the M-Ticket section. I pay directly by credit card, and my ticket is available in my app. I scan the QR code each time I get on board a vehicle, Bus, Tram, Car, Résabus and even in the Blue Wire Carriage I consult the lines that serve my stop, and I easily visualize all the stops of the network on a map (route, connection, important places, plan) - I anticipate my trips: I consult the schedules of my stop in real time I follow the route of my bus or tram using the Real-Time Vehicle feature to better prepare for getting on and off I select my favorite stops, and I receive pop-up notifications of information or disruptions - I contact Fil Bleu I make a request for information or my customer feedback I report any malfunctions I see on the Fil Bleu network. I select the place, the type of category and I specify the anomaly (with or without photo) - I can find all the useful information on the network: news, prices, plan B info (tram replacement in the event of disruption), park and ride, bike parks The Fil Bleu mobile application, validated by the Valentin Haüy Association, is adapted to the needs of visually impaired people.
