Hala Fabrayer is Kuwait’s biggest annual event, which takes place during the national holidays season, in celebration of Kuwait’s national and liberation days. The festival, with its cultural, religious, entertainment and educational initiatives, attracts people from Kuwait’s different communities, and even visitors from outside Kuwait. Festival attendees not only enjoy the various activities but also get many opportunities to win prizes during the daily raffle draws. Hala Febrayer this year is taking place in collaboration with Ooredoo Kuwait, member of international Ooredoo Group. The festival activities will start on 28 January until the first week of March.
