For more detailed benefits information, visit https://www.silversummithealthplan.com/. Note: If you are a Medicaid member outside of Nevada, please find an app that is based in your state. A better app is coming for SilverSummit Healthplan! Once the switch is finished, the current app will no longer be used, and all your health plan information will be available on the "Health Insurance Portal" app. You’ll get a message telling you when the change is done and how to get the new app. This will be shared through a pop-up message and link in the current SilverSummit Healthplan app.
