Vibe24x7 is an integrated solution for Predictive Maintenance route based data collection. The app works with the Vibe24x7 Cloud Platform and should be connected to an Accelerometer to acquire the vibration signal. Also Thermal Images, Ultrasound, Pictures and Observations can be collected for each point of the route. A wired or wireless accelerometer is needed for vibration readings. This App works with Motionics wireless crankshaft deflection gage kit. Using the angular position information from the built-in angle sensor of crankshaft gage, this App notifies users when the crankshaft rotates to one of the 5 testing positions. By tapping on the highlighted buttons, users can wirelessly capture deflection readings via Bluetooth Low Energy. Crank web vertical and horizontal deflections are automatically calculated once 5 readings are collected.
This App also provides an easy way to generate and manage crankshaft deflection reports.
