「髖健通」提供髖關節骨折護理的相關資訊，包括「認識髖關節骨折」、「照顧技巧」、「復康運動」和「同行者」。另外，物理治療師可在程式設定訓練提示，程式會根據設定發出提示通告，病人根據提示通告完成復康運動和把記錄儲存在程式的運動日誌後，物理治療師便能清楚知道病人訓練情況。 (備註: 此程式現正在新界東聯網醫院(NTEC)包括威爾斯親王醫院(PWH)、雅麗氏何妙齡那打素醫院(AHNH) 、大埔醫院(TPH)、北區醫院(NDH)及沙田醫院(SH)試行推廣，及只提供中文介面和內容。) 如有查詢，請與本院物理治療部聯絡。 This app provides information about hip fracture care including "Understanding Hip Fracture", " Hip Fracture Care", "Training" and "Companion". In addition, physiotherapists can set notification for training program and the app will send alerts to prompt users to start the training in accordance with the setting. Patients can then complete the training and save the record in the app. Physiotherapists can monitor patient training status in the app. (Note: This app is currently being promoted in New Territories East Cluster(NTEC)’s hospitals including the Prince of Wales Hospital(PWH), Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital (AHNH), Tai Po Hospital(TPH) , North District Hospital(NDH) and Shatin Hospital (SH). Healthy Aging Screen

Healthy Aging Screen was developed by CUHK Jockey Club Institute of Ageing — Jockey Club CADENZA e-Tools for Elder Care. It was officially launched in August 2021 and upgraded to a new version in November 2024. This new version combines various functions such as health management, self-care education, and community resource repository. It allows older adults, caregivers, social and healthcare professionals to conduct 12 free self-health screenings for older adults, provide integrated health reports and corresponding educational resources, and find relevant community resources at anytime, anywhere through mobile phones or tablets. The upgraded version of Healthy Aging Screen introduces Hong Kong Elder Care Resource Map. Users can search for suitable medical and community services based on health needs, resource types, and locations. It also features a map interface and GPS navigation function to help users find their way to relevant service providers. Users can bookmark appropriate community resources and share them with friends and family through social media.
