You can also book a training session with one of our personal trainers to optimize your workout. We currently offer the following classes: Active Awakening HIIT Training Functional Training Reformer Pilates Yoga Stretch/Mobility Rehab Class In order to ensure good regeneration after training, you also have the opportunity to book an appointment in our full body cryotherapy chamber quickly and easily. This service is also available to non-members. The medical whole-body cryotherapy chamber offers numerous advantages and is used for its positive effects on pain relief and muscle regeneration. A two-chamber cryotherapy system with different temperature levels (-60 and -110 degrees Celsius) awaits you in the basement of the building. A medical full-body cryotherapy chamber is also used for skin diseases such as eczema. Due to the extremely cold temperatures, blood vessels constrict, inflammations are reduced and enable faster regeneration after training. Once your membership has been approved you will receive your access data to the booking service for courses and personal trainings. No access data is required to complete an appointment in the cryotherapy chamber.
