HiLo House, Delaware's 1st Fitness Studio to combine both the Lagree Megaformer + Versaclimber, has launched an innovative app that delivers an exceptional customer experience. Downloading the HiLo House app will give clients access to class schedules, booking and managing reservations, purchasing class packages, viewing studio and instructor information and more. HiLo House is where you come to sweat, sculpt and strengthen your entire body on two of the most effective and efficient human-powered machines on the market. Our machines are high-intensity, yet low impact. Our HiLo Cardio class consists of 30-minutes of interval training on the Versaclimber. Our HiLo Sculpt class is 50-minutes of strengthening and sculpting on the Lagree Megaformer. We believe in and use the Lagree Method because each and every move enhances your body's flexibility, cardio, core, endurance and balance. We also offer combination classes that consist of 25 minutes on the Versaclimber and 25 minutes of upper body, lower body or core work on the Megaformer. Our Classes are sweat dripping, heart-pounding, soul searching, comfort zone crushing, total body workouts that remind you to show up, stay humble and work hard.
