To the Res-Q! ■ How to Play ■ There are four game modes in this puzzle game. Try to clear the stage before time is up by lining up Tetra-Qs into rectangles to gather points and stop the enemy characters. Tetra-Qs placed in a rectangular shape disappear (ozonize) after a set time. In Sky Res-Q, you cover the holes in the ozone layer with rectangles to close them. In Ground Res-Q, you place your blue Tetra-Qs next to the enemy's red Tetra-Qs to change them to your color and rack up points. You can build up bigger rectangles to make combos (Q-Links) for even more points and special effects. Your Q-Meter fills as you make rectangles, and when it's full, you can unleash a powerful Q-Skill! Q-Skills are special moves that can instantly clean up red spaces and ozone holes in an area. ■ Game Modes ■ 1. Sky Res-Q Form rectangles to ozonize and plug holes in the ozone layer. Aim to repair the ozone holes in every stage. Ozone holes and other obstacles have their own traits, so you'll have to clean them up the appropriate way. 2. Ground Res-Q A timed territory battle between your blue SikaQs and the enemy's red SikaQs. The side with the most points when time is up wins! In this mode, placing blue Tetra-Qs next to red ones cools them down and turns them into blue Tetra-Qs. But it works the other way around too! If the computer puts its red Tetra-Qs next to yours, it's bye-bye, blue Tetra-Qs! If you and the enemy use a Q-Skill at the same time, they Q-Clash! Do your best to win the Q-Clash and make a nice turnaround. Depending on the situation, other tactics like avoiding a Q-Clash may lead to victory! Also, don't forget that making Q-Links rewards you with random assist items that can help you gain an edge in battle. 3. Boss Res-Q After clearing all the stages in an area, a boss appears. Cool it down with the power of ozone and bring the heat meter to zero to win! Make rectangles that border the boss to use ozone shockwaves that cool it down. After you Res-Q a boss, it will join your team and help you fight global warming! 4. Fluoron's Revenge In this mode, the goal is to eliminate as many of the Fluorons that pop up on the screen as you can before time is up. The more you get rid of, the more items you'll earn! Which items you get depends on the area. There are certain special items and characters you can only get in this mode, so take out those Fluorons!
