You must be a Quartz member and have an active MyChart account to use the app. To set up an account, visit QuartzBenefits.com/MyChart and click “Sign Up Now” or choose "Sign Up Now" after downloading this app. If you already have a MyChart account, you’re all set! Please note: The Quartz MyChart app does have the capability to integrate with the Health app which you will need to activate if prompted.
