Body Roll Studio is a wellness / fitness studio, that combines the healing effects and slimming aspects of lymphatic massage. Each session is 45 minutes long, and conducted in a private room, on one of our Body Roll Studio machines. The machines are set up with a special positions sequence, in which you work 15 body parts for three minutes each, and the exercises are set according to the principles of lymph massage. Each machine is equipped with an infrared and collagen lamp, which aides in widening blood vessels and helps to remove toxins from the body by penetrating deeper layers of the skin. If applied regularly, roll massage can reduce the volume of body parts, shape the body, firm the skin, break up muscle tightness and fascia, reduce the appearance of cellulite, promote digestion, increase circulation, and so much more!
