Documents in HTML5, pdf, Word, Excel, Powerpoint as well as videos and pictures are uploaded to a web-based back-office and are replicated instantaneously on the iPads, and are organized in elegantly designed tiles. Tiles, colors, headers and icons chosen in the back office are also replicated. Administrators can assign documents to different users as well as groups of users.
