On Demand laundry is essentially "Uber" for the Laundry industry. We are able to leverage our partnership with on-demand delivery services through our technology partners to deliver Laundry door-to-door the same way you can hail a ride or order food! We are the first Laundry Deliver company to offer this service at scale! The concept was founded in 2020 during the height of the health crisis where there was an ever changing need for contactless delivery without compromising quality. At the time, life needed to go on for many families and business owners. Due to curfews, closed schools, and layoffs, Americans found themselves in a perfect storm and the normal course of day-to-day life grew evermore challenging. Our company was birthed to help solve this problem: How can we help individuals and families gain time back to spend it where it matters most? At Tumble we offer the following values to our customers: Never Fold: We don't give in to the pressures of laundry or challenges. We will be there, promptly to help solve the needs of your business. Handle With Care: We treat your clothes, or the clothes of your customers with the utmost care as if they were our own. Quick Wash: We typically aim to get orders returned within 24hrs, and offer same-day service as well. Darks & Lights: Organization and safety are main concerns for us. We will ensure that all of your clothes are tracked appropriately. We can also provide you real-time view into the status of your order within our app. WHAT WE DO: Wash & Fold We offer Wash & Fold services for both corporates and individuals. For Corporates: We are quickly becoming the de facto replacement for laundry services at commercial locations that are typically handled by housekeeping. We offer standard contracts and service level agreements to help you and your staff wash and fold all towels and linens on the property. One of our delivery partners will pick up the laundry at your desired cadence (typically a few times a day), deliver it to our cleaning facilities for processing and return the items back within a time frame dependent on your business needs. For Individuals: We offer on-demand Laundry service where customers are able to download our app, schedule a pick up, select their order preferences, place their laundry downstairs at check-in (in our branded bag), and receive it back within 24 hrs. It is that easy! As soon as the pick up is scheduled, one of our delivery partners will pick up the order and deliver it to one of our cleaning facilities for processing. Dry Cleaning We offer the full suite of dry cleaning services for both corporates and individuals. Alterations & Repairs For quick hems, or zipper repairs we offer alterations as part of our services for both corporates and individuals. Donations Tumbl will help you clean out your closet and donate your unwanted clothes to a local non-profit. All donation pickups are free with any Tumble pickup or deliver (must be under 50 lbs).
