It includes a Shake for Emergency feature, allowing to quickly notify your monitoring team about an emergency, even when the phone is locked, by shaking your phone with a special gesture. Sometimes in response to a new threat or disruption, or if you have lost your phone, your monitoring team may need to quickly know where you are. So Smart24 features a Poll Location feature, where your monitoring team can obtain your location when the app is running in the background. You receive a notification when this happens and this feature is controlled by you. We know that sharing your location, even with trusted people like your monitoring team, can be a concern, so we have carefully designed Smart24 to respect privacy.
