This app will allow you to quickly find the name of an additive from its number or the reverse. The list presented is obtained from information gathered from © Food Standards Australia New Zealand and may not include all additives available in other countries or it may include additives not approved in other countries. The app also provided guidance on whether a specific additive should be avoided or used with caution.
