IA Member mobile application which aims to provide ease of access to cashless medical care – through a cardless and paperless experience. This means that you will no longer have to worry about losing your physical medical card or not having it with you when you visit our panel clinic or hospital – you can just show your eMedical Card on your smartphone. It’s that easy and convenient! Here’s what you can do with the IA Member mobile app: • View your medical cards • GL request • Receive immediate notifications for your medical bills in your phone • View policy information like benefits and the utilized amount • Locate IA panel clinics & hospitals and get information on their location. Please note : Users may be prompted to allow the use of location services. Enabling location service will allow the application to use your location information to locate nearest medical provider to your location. The location information is not recorded or shared.
