The app includes a focus mode feature in which users can start a countdown of 30 minutes and a 10-minute break period follows in which they have to focus and by exiting that page, it starts the clock from the beginning which encourages users to quit the habit of procrastination. Due to the clock stopping when users exit the screen, this helps those who procrastinate quit the habit as it gives me a reason to keep working despite not wanting to and not having to restart the timer.
