Postal Vote BD is the official mobile application developed by the Bangladesh Election Commission to enroll voters and track ballot papers only at home and abroad. However, voters will exercise their voting by manually casting vote in a postal ballot paper sent by postal services. Voters will send this ballot paper by postal service to concerned electoral official(s) in Bangladesh.
