CADA/CASL The California Association of Directors of Activities (CADA) is the largest statewide support network for middle and high school activities directors in the nation. Our mission: promote and support leadership development through student activities. The mission of the California Association of Student Leaders (CASL) as a student led, not-for-profit organization is to provide a statewide network, which facilitates the development of ethical, responsible, and servant leaders. CASL’s initiative is to equip and empower students to be effective future leaders of the world through local, regional, and statewide conferences. The CADA/CASL organization hosts multiple leadership events in California each year, including the CADA Convention (for school advisors, administrators and support staff), the CASL State Conference (for student leaders), Summer Camp program on the campus of U.C. Santa Barbara, Area Advisor Conferences and Area Student Conferences.
