Innovative Anzeige und Dokumentation der Herzfrequenz in Verbindung mit einem Bluetooth Smart fähigen Brustgurt. Die Eingabe der persönlichen Daten und Einstellung der individuellen Trainingsbereiche sind neben der Verbindung zum Brustgurt die einzigen Vorgaben. Der Puls wird visualisiert als Absolutwert in Schlägen pro Minute oder in Prozent zur hinterlegten individuellen maximalen Herzfrequenz des Benutzers. Die unterschiedlichen Trainingszonen sind farblich animiert und intuitiv erfassbar. Zusätzlich wird auch die Variabilität der einzelnen Herzschläge in Millisekunden angezeigt. Nach dem Start der Aufzeichnung werden Statistikwerte (MAX, AVG und MIN) laufend aktualisiert. Außerdem wird die Trainingsintensität (TRIMP, CR10, kcal, Verlauf, Verweildauer in den Zonen) als Summe, Anteil und Grafik dargestellt. Aufgezeichnete Trainingseinheiten können im Nachgang über die Smartphone Share Funktionen (dropbox, email, …) dokumentiert und geteilt werden. Dabei stehen neben der Ergebniszusammenfassung als pdf auch die Rohdaten im csv Format zur Verfügung. Beste Ergebnisse erzielt man mit dem empfohlenen Brustgurt von acentas. After the configuration of the individual settings and training zones, and a connection to the chest belt the heart rate is visualized as an absolute value of beats per minute and as a percentage of the stored maximum heart rate value of the user. Additionally, the deviation (variability) of the separate heart beats is displayed in milliseconds. The different training zones are individually colored and easily comprehensible. After starting the recording, the statistical values (MAX, AVG, and MIN) are updated continuously. Furthermore, the intensity of the training (TRIMP, CR10, kcal, timeline of HR, zone duration) is displayed as an accumulated sum, as percentages, and as a graph. Recorded training sessions can be documented and shared in several ways like Dropbox, email, or others. The recording produces a summary of training results as a PDF file and a CSV file containing the raw training data. Best results will be achieved with the recommended chest belt from acentas.
