Just click on “Skip Payment” in the customer portal, which you can access through the link sent to your email after you purchase your subscription box OR you can reach out to our customer service team at contact@acrylipics.com and ask us to skip months for you. :) When will we get charged? You’ll be charged on the first day of every other month, unless you choose to cancel or skip a month. Since this is a bimonthly subscription box, the charge happens once every two months. Important Reminder: This will take place every other month after July. You won’t be charged again until September, which will be our next subscription box, and then it will continue every other month thereafter! What genre will the subscription box be? Fantasy Romance and Fantasy! We have plans to introduce subscription boxes for other genres in the future. Will there be hints? Yep, we'll be sharing TONS of hints on Instagram and TikTok throughout the month leading up to the shipment! Will these be brand new editions? Absolutely!
