the black youth project 100 (byp100) is a national organization of black youth activists dedicated to achieving freedom and justice for all black people through advocacy, direct action, and political education. founded in 2013, byp100 focuses on transformative leadership, black queer feminist principles, and intersectional approaches to social justice, addressing issues such as police violence, economic inequality, and systemic racism. with a mission to build a sustainable and radical black liberation movement, byp100 empowers young black leaders to create meaningful change in their communities.
