CPR and AED Training We use the standards of the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation-ILCOR, to teach cardiopulmonary resuscitation. They are consistent as they are used internationally and approved by lead researchers and medical professionals. You will see that CPR is easier to do than in years past as the new motto is to push hard push fast. You can’t make cardiac arrest situations any worse, so start CPR. Automatic External Defibrillators- AEDs are part of our first aid training courses.  We want to make the defibrillation training as easy as one two three, to match the numbers or the pictures you see on the machines. It should not matter which machine you come across either at work, home, or the arena; our goal is for you to take it from the case, and feel confident in the procedure. To receive your final designation you must complete both the online course and the final practical component. After finishing the online theory, a compulsory practical session must be scheduled to complete this course. The practical session will consist of demonstrating CPR and AED on manikins, bandaging and Emergency Scene management for all of the topics covered in the theory portion. The time to complete the course depends on the skill level of each individual. Some may take longer to go through the theory and ask more questions at the practical. The goal is to have you leave the course with a level of confidence that you would use your knowledge in real life.
