Along with Swedish massage (the core of RMT training), I have continued to expand my skills with certification in Advanced Sports Massage, Pre- and Post-natal Massage, Soft Tissue Release (a deep fascial technique), Manual Lymph Drainage and Lymph Taping. Manual lymph drainage is a gentle technique which helps your body clear excess fluid and waste from connective tissue. This will reduce edema, inflammation and pain. It can be applied for a wide variety of reasons, including headaches, sinus congestion, pre- and post- surgery and lymphedema.
