This auction is loaded with farm equipment, tools, tires, and quality hay from multiple consignors across Southeast Nebraska! Buyers Premium: There is a 2% BUYER'S PREMIUM on all lots selling. Location and Pickup of Items: All lots will have a location posted once you click into the lot. There will not be a certain pickup time or day except for those lots selling in Dubois, NE. Those lots will have pickup days of December 20 and 21 from 8 am -5 pm both days. All items located at other locations will need to be picked up after they are paid for and within 2 weeks of the auction date. The auction company will give out seller's phone numbers of those items after they are paid for. Payment: Any invoice over $5000 will need to be paid by wire transfer and a $20 service fee will be added to those invoices. Invoices under $5000 can pay by check, card (3.5% fee added), or cash. If paying by cash you will need to contact the auction company to pay the auction company directly. If paying by check and you mail the check, please expect a longer wait time to pick up your items. We will not release items for pickup until payment has been made. Sales tax: 5.5% state sales tax will be applied to all purchases. If a purchase is ag exempt, you will need to fill out a Nebraska form 13 and either email or mail to us to have the exemption. Disclaimers and Absence of Warranties: No warranties either expressed, implied, or written are guaranteed to the buyer. All items will sell in as is, where is condition on the date of the auction. We do our best to describe items, but we are human and can miss things. We encourage you to call the auction company before bidding on an item to set up a time to pre inspect that item.
