UK Orders: - We don’t accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date. - We charge a £5 fee for full returns made by post. However, returns are free in the following cases: Returned in-store (only possible in the Kings Road, Carnaby and Marylebone stores); Making an exchange or If you keep at least one item from your order. - Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange. Refunds are issued only after the returned items are inspected and approved by our team (this process can take up to 7 business days). - Returns that do not meet our quality standards will be sent back to the customer, and additional shipping fees may apply. - Please note that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can only return it and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item. - We don’t process exchanges for low stock items. - After opening a return, you can’t add or remove items. In this case, you should contact our CS Team so we can address your case. - It is necessary to show the receipt of the purchase or present the order number. - We only provide prepaid return labels via UPS.
