Vintage 2022 Scarborough Yellow Label Chardonnay is selected from the deep hillside red/brown terra rossa/limestone soils of the Scarborough Estate property. The wine is then fermented and matured on lees for 12 months in both new and aged French oak which gives it its characteristic melon and butterscotch characters on the nose and a full, round and rich palate. This is consistently good Hunter Valley Chardonnay and terrific value.
