It’s never too early to start reading to your child! New and expecting parents are invited to attend this special event where you will learn about the importance of early literacy and what you can do to make it a priority in your family. At this free event we’ll have: A “storytime” to show you how to read to your little one with early literacy tips and ideas from one of our very own FRVPLD youth services experts. Welcome Little One tote bags for those who attend with bilingual board book, reading recommendations and early literacy information, and a storytime kit with scarf and egg shaker to get you started.
