María Melero, freelance illustrator of 33 years. He studied graphic design and illustration. He has worked in the publishing field for magazines such as Zunder, Finerast, Nylon or El Periódico de Cataluña. For art and design companies and has participated in numerous exhibitions in Spain and San Francisco. He has made illustrations for the images of brands such as the Australian textile company The Club of odd Volumes or Dewars of White Label. He has published his first book with the Jekyll and Jill publishing house, he has been in charge of the cover of the last book of the writer Sara Herrera Peralta for the editorial La Bella Varsovia and the illustrations for the book Autotomía published by the Hidroavión publishing house. In August of 2017 he exhibited in Chicago, in the gallery of photographer John Maloof (Vivian Maier). He is currently working on his latest project "Tierra y flores", directing for the first time a documentary / video art, together with new works and installation, which will be presented in April 2019.
