Après avoir épaulé son père quelques années, Jean-Baptiste Lointier a repris en solo 3 hectares issus du côté de sa grand-mère, dans la Vallée de la Marne.      Tout est travaillé en bio et en parcellaire : une cuvée, un terroir, une identité ! Vigneron discret, Jean-Baptiste et sa compagne Hélène produisent des vins prometteurs, que l’on pourrait qualifier (très affectueusement) de vins de garage ! Ici les pinots noirs et meuniers sont travaillés en fûts, ce qui apporte une sacrée aromatique et amène une jolie touche patinée aux vins.     On se régale de leurs profils très peu dosés, vineux avec du fruit, de la fraîcheur et des bulles fines. Grâce à la passion des abeilles et de l’apiculture héritée du grand-père, toutes les cuvées sont nommées selon des races d’abeilles. Vigneron à suivre !
