This Cabernet Sauvignon has a wonderfully expressive varietal aroma while the blend of McLaren Vale and Coonawarra highlights the best aromas and flavours that Cabernet has to offer - peppermint, violets, chocolate, leather, black olive and menthol with oak influenced toasty vanilla. It is medium bodied with a generous mouth feel and a long finish.  Ideal with roasted or grilled lamb Geoff Merrill - Winemaker:  ‘Brick red colour. Clean Chocolate. Lifted Fruit, Some Leather. Primary Herbaceous Coonawarra fruit evident. Lifted cigar box palate acid balanced. Tannins in place. Very European. Great.
