83%Sie erwerben hierbei ein Kilo eines sehr hochwertigen, nahezu reinen ABS Filaments aus unserer eigenen Linie. Das Filament ist 1.75mm dick und wird auf einer Kartonspule angeliefert. Der Karton und die Spule werden aus 60% recycelten Material hergestellt und ermöglichen eine Entsorgung in Altpapiercontainern. Es sind überwiegend kräftige Farben verfügbar und der Produktionsstandort liegt in Europa. Jede Spule wird vakuumiert und mit einem Silica Gel Beutel ausgestattet. Der Karton wird ebenfalls eingeschweißt, sodass keine Feuchtigkeit vor dem Öffnen an das Filament kommen kann. Wir sparen nicht am Produkt, sondern an der Verpackung (schlichter, weißer Karton). Dadurch können wir eine sehr hohe Qualität bei niedrigen Preisen anbieten. Technische Eigenschaften: - Knotenfreie Wicklung - Geringe Geruchsentwicklung - Sehr hohe Festigkeit - Extrem schlagfest - Gleichmäßiger Durchmesser / Rundheit (Toleranzen werden eingehalten). - Filamentdurchmesser: 1.75mm +- 0.03mm - Materialdichte: 1,05 g/cm³ - Heizbett Temperatur: 80 - 100°C - Drucktemperatur: 230 - 255°C - Bruttogewicht: 1133g - Nettogewicht: 1000g - Formstabil bis: 85°C - Hinweis: Es empfiehlt sich ABS mit Einhausung und HEPA Filter zu drucken!
