生成AIをめぐる動きが慌ただしくなるなか、多くの開発組織が「AIツールを導入したものの、一部のメンバーしか使いこなせていない」という状況に直面している。ライセンスを購入し展開すれば普及するはずだ──そう考えた施策が期待通りの成果をあげないケースは珍しくない。株式会社MonotaROでプラットフォームエンジニアリング部門長を務める香川和哉氏は、この課題に対し「キャズム理論」を組織変革に応用。エバンジェリスト制度、AIトレンドラボ、社内道場という3つの仕組みで、一部の熱意あるメンバーの「熱量」を組織全体の「文化」へと昇華させる取り組みを2023年から推進してきた。ツールを展開した先に何が待っているのか。2年間の実践から得た知見と、次のキャズムへの挑戦を語った。
