849-SM-CCL Smaller Matching Low-Hanging, Fancy Ceiling Bowl To Match 850-CCL This antique design continues to break the mold. Normally a fixture that is made to go on a lower ceiling has a small diameter, with one or two sockets, in keeping with the ceiling height. This light breaks that traditional mold idea. It has a great 25” diameter with a mere 15” hang height while having the ability to have a great 600 watts of incandescent light installed. Naturally adding longer tubes can extend this fixture, but as shown, the mounting height is a mere 15”. This is great for larger rooms that should have a larger chandelier but are limited by a lower ceiling. We created this smaller chandelier to match the large and impressive 850-CCL using the same gorgeous 20” fitter (overall 21 1/8") large diameter glass shade (not plastic), which is also made to have a glowing mica decor rim. It could also...by extending the tubes...be an outstanding entry light. It fills a neat gap in the design, and powerful light, considerations. Being a higher end fixture, the hanging canopy and hanging parts, are made from brass. For strength, however, the bowl-hanging circle has been cut from solid steel, with Mica installed behind the cutouts. So, while it is mixed metals, they have been finished to match. We duplicated the historic embossed “Glass” ceiling bowl that measures an impressive 20” in diameter, and so, this fixture becomes rather unique. We could also tint the glass bowl to amber for a nominal charge if so desired. Lighting sockets can be seen from a top view picture. There is a medium base cluster inside the bowl with six sockets. We supply our designed, unique UL approved strong crossbar for mounting. This is a serious and impressive light. Price: $1,650.00, plus shipping. *This new product is made to order.
