The Plain Township Board of Trustees intends to contract for Professional Engineering/Architectural Services related to the Plain Township Road Garage Expansion at 6300 Heminger Ct. N.E., Canton, Ohio 44721.  Engineering/Architectural firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with a statement of qualifications no later than 12:00PM on July 22, 2025. Statements received after deadline will not be considered. Statements of qualifications should include information regarding the firm’s history, education and experience of owners and key technical personnel who will be assigned to the project, the technical expertise of the firm’s current staff, the firm’s experience in designing similar projects, the firm’s equipment and facilities, the firm’s proximity to the project’s location, and any previous work performed for Plain Township. Statements of Qualifications should be transmitted to the Plain Township Trustees, 2600 Easton St. NE, Canton, Ohio 44721, Attention Lisa Campbell. As required by the Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.67 responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, The Plain Township Board of Trustees will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly ranked firm, based on the above criteria for this project.
