[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] B I O G R A F Í A    P R O F E S I O N A L   DIRECTOR GENERAL DE AERONÁUTICA CIVIL GENERAL DE BRIGADA AÉREA (A) HUMBERTO ENRIQUE FERNÁNDEZ PITTARI [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=1/2][vc_column_text]El General de Brigada Aérea (A) Humberto Enrique Fernández Pittari se desempeña actualmente como Director General de Aeronáutica Civil de Chile, liderando la gestión del sistema aeronáutico nacional y  representando al país en materias de aviación civil a nivel nacional e internacional. Con una destacada trayectoria en la Fuerza Aérea de Chile, su carrera ha estado marcada por una variada y sólida formación profesional, una amplia experiencia operacional y un permanente compromiso con el desarrollo institucional. Ingresó a la Escuela de Aviación “Capitán Manuel Ávalos Prado” en 1991, iniciando su formación como oficial y piloto en aviones T-35 Pillán y T-37 Tweet, para graduarse con el primer lugar de su promoción a fines del año 1993. En el ámbito operacional, después de realizar su curso de vuelo por instrumentos entre 1993 y 1994, recibió su título de piloto militar y fue seleccionado para continuar su formación como piloto de combate, realizando el curso táctico avanzado y obteniendo experiencia en Iquique y Temuco en el A-36 y A-36 Toqui, para posteriormente desempeñarse como instructor de las nuevas generaciones de oficiales y pilotos de la Escuela de Aviación durante cuatro años, período en que además se formó como Instructor de Vuelo por Instrumentos. En año 2002 fue destinado al norte del país para formarse en el avión F-5 Tigre III, material que voló durante cuatro años. En 2005 fue seleccionado como parte de las primeras generaciones de pilotos chilenos que volarían el avión F-16 Fighting Falcon, trasladándose a Holanda para realizar el curso del avión y participar en el traslado de los aviones a Chile a fines de 2006. Finalmente, voló los F-16 MLU y los Block 50, llegando a ser Comandante
