In commitment to the CHED mandate of promoting quality higher education and the ACHIEVE Framework, CHED-CAR conducted the 2025 FLAIR-UPLIFT (Upscaling Programs and Projects, Leveraging Internationalization and Futures Thinking) Masterclass on Internationalization on September 30 to October 1, 2025, at SLU Verbist Hall, Baguio City.The two-day activity, held in partnership with CHED-IAS, CAIRO, and Saint Louis University, gathered 15 higher education institutions (HEIs) in CAR, where participants presented internationalization best practices, attended masterclass sessions with experts, and recognized outstanding initiatives through the 2025 Gawad Parangal sa Pandaigdigang Kahusayan.
