I would like to receive a permit to conduct intrusive research on a U.S. Navy sunken military craft located within a National Park or a National Marine Sanctuary. Who do I request permission from? Does the permitting program create economic hardship by limiting the opportunities of the private sector to engage in recoveries of material from sunken military craft?
