Recent Changes to WCNY's TV Channels As of June 1, WCNY-TV is no longer broadcasting the How-To channel on Spectrum cable. Many of the shows that have been on the cable-only How-To channel are available on the Create channel, 24.2. In addition, some programming will be highlighted starting in August from 2-6 p.m. on the main WCNY-TV channel, 24.1. Similarly, the Global Connect channel is now the WORLD Channel, 24.3. It will continue to feature a global perspective on news and events, and although some of the times have changed, it will still feature "Democracy Now!" and second airings of "Ivory Tower."
