Yvonne Toracca is a proud third generation Italian American, first generation Portuguese and San Francisco native. She has an extensive background in hospitality management as well as a bachelor’s degree in broadcasting and communication arts from SFSU.   A people-person by nature, Yvonne is warm and friendly, she enjoys meeting new clients and is happy to assist them with all of their real estate requests. She genuinely takes the time to get to know her clients, listens, addresses their needs and assures that they are well informed in the process.   As a San Francisco resident, homeowner, residential-commercial landlord, project manager and developer, she knows her city well! In addition, as a luxury marketing specialist, Yvonne brings a wealth of first-hand knowledge and information to her clients, including an extensive background in building and development, numerous references, local resources, and a keen eye for color and design.   Yvonne is honest, hardworking and sincere and her clients will agree she goes well above and beyond to provide exceptional service. She proudly represents both buyers and sellers of all types of residential properties including TIC’s, condominiums, co-op’s, luxury homes and apartment buildings.   She is first and foremost “mom” to her three greatest treasures, a supportive member of the Marina community and regular volunteer at the SF Food Bank.
