Hala Fabrayer is Kuwait’s biggest annual event, which takes place during the national holidays season, in celebration of Kuwait’s national and liberation days. The festival, with its cultural, religious, entertainment and educational initiatives, attracts people from Kuwait’s different communities, and even visitors from outside Kuwait.
