To confirm a person's identity, you must always check the security features of their travel document. The DutchID app is a useful tool in this process. By holding your smartphone at an angle, holding it up against the light or even touching the screen, you can discover how to check the security features that appear on the document. Using this app, you can also see how a document reacts when exposed to ultraviolet light.
