Childcare On is the Digital Agenda App created specifically for Early Childhood Education Schools. Its mission is to promote communication with families, individually or in groups, making them part of the day-to-day life of their little one. With its easy and secure communication system, personalize while streamlining communication from your mobile or tablet. Questions or problems when using Childcare On? Technical Support is available in the App, whether you are School or family. At Childcare On we want you to always feel accompanied! Childcare On complies with all safety parameters, use it with complete peace of mind, whether you are School or family. Only those invited by the person in charge can access the App. Connect and communicate from any time and place, and from a single platform! If you are Director, download the trial version, active for a month, to be able to learn about Childcare On. Childcare On is available in English, Spanish and Catalan. The Childcare On Digital Agenda has 3 Versions, to adapt to the needs of each School: Basic, Premium or Free (active during an academic term): Premium and Basic Versions: - Student's personal agenda: Set of cards to report information in real time on the day-to-day of each child. Fill in the fields of more than one Agenda at the same time! In the Premium version you can upload unlimited individual photos, two videos a day and upload documents by families. In the Basic version you can upload up to 4 photos per day and there are no videos. - Communications: The School may send communications attaching documents whenever it needs it. In the Premium version, individual communications can be sent by children. - Gallery: Families will be able to see the photos and videos of their children if the School adds any in the App. In the Premium version, if the School activates the option (under their responsibility), families can download them. In the Basic at the end of the course, Childcare On provides a link to download the photos and videos of the course to the School. - My School: General information of the School (Logo, Address with GPS Guide; Telephone with direct call to the center; Website; Social Networks), Folder of general documents; Schedules, Menus, Excursions and Meetings, both with confirmation of attendance of the families. In the Premium version you will also find Authorizations; Payment reminders for families; Management Portal. - Attendance: The teachers will pass the attendance list. With downloadable Excel with Attendance record. Section only available in the Premium version. - Internal chat: Professional chat between Educators and Managers. - Health: Have your medical history ordered individually or if any child should take any medicine. Downloadable Excel with Health data for each class. Section only available in the Premium version. Free Version: Active during an academic term. Subsequently, the School will decide whether to contract one of the two paid versions or to stop using the App. - Student's personal agenda: Set of cards to be able to report information in real time on the day-to-day life of each child.
