SyncroSupply is used to optimize inbound and outbound truck deliveries in large industrial and logistics centers. SyncroSupply Truck can be used by truck drivers who deliver goods to a SyncroSupply location. Using the app, you can view tour details like destination addresses. Furthermore, the app delivers current information and instructions to the driver, for example which loading deck should be approached, to allow a smooth dispatch process at the location. The interaction of the driver with the app can be reduced to a minimum for example by using geo fences to automatically detect events like arrival and departure. If these features are enabled for the SyncroSupply location, the app supports the driver during the delivery in handing over the goods to the recipient and allows damage recording. The electronic consignment note (eCMR) is also supported. As a carrier, you can get real-time status updates such as the geo position for all your transports and trucks in the SyncroSupply carrier portal if your truck drivers use SyncroSupply Truck. To use this app, you need a driver account in the SyncroSupply Central portal. To use all functionalities of the app background tracking needs to be enabled, but be aware that this may dramatically decrease battery life.
