The Christiana Care Patient Portal is a free, secure online application that gives patients the ability to access portions of their Christiana Care health records including diagnostic testing results and provider notes. Patients are also able to request an appointment for a doctor’s office service, view upcoming appointments, request a prescription refill, and send a message to their healthcare provider. Participating providers can also allow you to add your HealthKit data to your electronic medical record.
