The Service app from Neuenhauser Vorwald is an extensive portal for our customers for information and documentation of the delivered expansion elements. Function of the app: - Identification of the expansion elements: From the 01st April 2019 on we supply our expansion elements with a NFC tag. With this tag the products can be scanned by a smartphone or tablet and added to the product list. Additionally older expansion elements can be added to this list by manual input of the serial number. If there are any data missing they can be added by sending the corresponding serial number. - Information of product: With the app all data of the product can be called up. Additionally, drawings can be shown and internal descriptions with the corresponding place of use can be added. - Requests for spare parts: For purchasing spare parts the needed parts can be simply taken from the parts list and combined to a request. This request will be transferred directly to the department for working out an offer. - Product history: In the history all maintenances and repairs of the expansion elements can be added for documentation of the life time of the product. - Service videos: For exchange of the wearing parts some movies are available which facilitate the mounting in your company vastly.
