Process your delivery and delivery service electronically. With ParcelSign you can schedule shipments for delivery and enter the customer's signature electronically in the app on delivery (proof of delivery). If the customer cannot be found, you can take a photo of the location or reschedule the shipment. The items can be distributed to different carriers. It is also possible to store PDF documents with the shipment, which must be signed or completed by the customer when the shipment is delivered. In addition to the signature, the proof of delivery also includes the geo-coordinates of the consignment handover. You can provide your customers with a tracking link using ParcelSign. This allows the customer to view the current delivery status of the shipment online.
