In the Fitout Sport app, you receive dynamic training programs from your fitness club, personal trainer, or pro. The dynamic training programs focus on progression. With each exercise, you can track the weights you used. As a result, each week you will receive recommended weights that constantly adjust to your current condition. Within fitness clubs, you can activate the app at the Station or with your email address if this is specified. If you receive training programs from a personal trainer, you can activate the app with your email address. You can also activate the app with your email address through LikeYourPro after creating an account and completing the steps. Training programs can be opened by scanning a QR code once or by selecting a QR code from your photo album. Don’t forget to crop the QR code if it was received through a training card or email attachment. Training programs remain stored in the app under archive unless the app is deleted.
