CityzenApp Staff is a useful tool that accompanies the CityzenApp platform. It provides mobile access to each municipalities' employee/manager to reports, lists of submitted problems and their statuses. Additionally, it works as a problem report submission endpoint for the employees, so each user can report a problem as soon as he/she spots it.
