Highlighted functionalities: Service Details: Allows verification of information about the coordination of the visit. Events: Allows viewing the latest alarm events recorded on the account to which the order was assigned. Map: Allows verification of the location of the target where technical service tasks will be performed. Visit: Allows verification of reference information about the visit and the means of transportation to the location where the order must be executed. En Route: Allows changing the status of the selected order to "En Route." The "En Route" status can be used to inform the monitoring center of the proximity of technical personnel to the target. Observations: Allows making notes about any active technical service order. Finish Technical Service: Allows changing the status of the order to "Completed." Once the order is completed, no further information such as observations or claims can be added. The service is completed with the customer's digital signature.
