Infomaniak Check was created to simplify identity verification procedures and strengthen the security of your account. This app allows you to securely transfer the requested elements if you lose your login details, to request the deactivation of dual authentication, to unblock your account or to verify certain orders and/or payments. Depending on the situation, the application will ask you for: - Verification by SMS - Your location - A copy of your ID document - A selfie kCheck requires a request for identity verification from the support team and an Infomaniak account.

TrustID Authenticator

TrustID Authenticator works with 2-factor authentication for your TrustID accounts. The app itself is protected by biometrics or PIN code. Sensitive data, such as the secrets of your second factors, are stored securely on your device only. When you access to a service using your TrustID account, a push notification will be delivered to your app that lets you confirm or cancel the sign-in process in an effortless way. If the notification service is unavailable, a traditional offline mode can also be used to not miss any sign-in sessions.
